Recently refurbished, the B&B contains all the modern luxuries to ensure your stay is one you won't forget.
Enter from a private driveway off Giffords Road, the spacious self contained cottage is separate from the proprietors own home and designed as a couples romantic getaway, the main room features a lush Queen size bed,crisp sheets, mohair rugs, lounge/sitting area and flat screen TV.
A kids mattress and portacot are also available if you wish to bring children along, @ $15.00 per child.
The Kitchenette contains a microwave oven and refrigerator/freezer, with crockery and cutlery also provided. Note: there are no cooking facilities. The Dining area overlooks the gardens with views down into the Yarra Valley and across to the mountains of Donna Buang.
Indulge in the double spa after a day of touring the picturesque Yarra Valley.
Continental breakfast, with Freshly Baked Bread is included in the tariff.
We offer early check in at 2pm, and late check out at 11am.

BUSH FIRE POLICY
Please note that we are in a country area surrounded by native bushland, and on days of CFA declared Fire Danger Rating “Extreme” and “Code Red”, we will not be taking in guests and travel into the area is not advisable. We will be watching the weather forecasts and in the event of these danger ratings falling on the day of your stay we will send you an email advising you to suspend your booking. All monies paid will be returned, and we welcome a return booking from you. Your safety is of utmost importance to us.

Summary: We always appreciate dog friendly hosts who warmly welcome pets. Thanks Matt and Yvonne. The White House is comfortable and a short drive from Warburton’s Main Street. The breakfast provided in a basket each morning is generous. Little Joe’s, Alpine Hotel and Riverside Cafe have outdoor dining options and welcome dogs.

Summary: We stayed for one night and absolutely loved the cottage. The cottage was clean, quiet and has a beautiful view out to the mountains. Yvonne is an amazing host, check in was easy, great communication and as everyone before me has mentioned, the fresh baked bread is delightful. Our dog and Daisy got on well and played together in the yardWe loved our stay so much that we plan on returning for a longer stay very soon.

Summary: A lovely one-room cottage with a kitchenette and a separate bathroom. It was well presented and very clean. They welcomed my dog wholeheartedly, and she had a good bit of grass to sniff around. The highlight was the freshly made loaf of bread at breakfast. The only ‘less than ideal’ things were minor: no tea towel (but ample other towels), could have done with a sharp kitchen knife and grater, and the lighting in the main room could have been brighter at night-time. But these are all small things, overall it was very comfortable and a great getaway from Melbourne for a night.

Summary: Took a friend out for a trip for a night away and it was wonderful. The hosts recommended dinner options and we chose The Home Hotel, and it was delicious with large meals. We went to the local sceneries recommended after we checked out, all 10/10. The BNB was exactly as described. The hosts were lovely and welcoming. The cottage has stunning view of the mountains and it’s a short walk down to the river. Definitely would recommend and definitely have it planned to rebook in the future. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. You’ve helped make a short staycation one to remember.
